Breakfast offered a generous selection of local food, the location was excellent just a short distance from Winzermuseum, and the staff was professional, polite, and quick to assist with any requests.

A comfortable queen room with a lovely balcony and all the basic amenities is available here, along with a fantastic location and friendly, helpful staff.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. Liked the economy room with a good shower, airco plus a pretty balcony I was given. It was as expected, had a very very good stay for a short business trip.

There was wifi to be added.

The staff in the restaurent were very offhand. We had a long journey ahead and needed to leave at 7am we were told it was to early to check out and we couldnt have breakfast !!!

The Breakfast was the best buffet breakfast I've had at a hotel. Very good and had eggs/omelets cooked to order.

Air con in room not working. Staff did not know about vineyard trips as advertised on Booked.net web site and one of the two restaurants was on "Holiday".

The hotel's decoration was absolutely lovely, with a cozy, traditional German feel. The common areas were beautifully decorated with antique furniture and colorful floral arrangements. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking cane. The elevator was also spacious and had clear buttons, which was helpful for someone like me who has a bit of trouble with technology.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is a more attentive staff. Although they were polite, the children working there seemed a bit preoccupied and didn't always offer assistance when needed.

Have stayed at Winzerhof on many occasions and it did not disappoint us again. Good rooms, good food and excellent wine.

The location is great, very close to Heilbronn and Mannheim. the hotel is situated conveniently near the local shops and the town's outskirts. - the food served at the hotel is of high quality.

I had a short overnight stay at this charming hotel and it was a lovely experience. The room was spacious and very clean, providing a comfortable night's sleep. Despite a large wedding reception taking place, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was excellent, although the croissants ran out quickly.

We had an amazing stay! the hotel is located in a peaceful residential area, perfect for a romantic getaway. Our room had a fantastic view of the nearby shops. the bathroom was super clean and had all the necessary amenities. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had something for everyone. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the hotel also had a great gym and swimming pool, which we took full advantage of.
